Preorder Policy

By placing a preorder you are automatically agreeing to this policy. It is your responsibility to fully read the policies and any associated information that has been communicated prior to completing your purchase. 

You are agreeing to purchase an item that is not on hand and ready to ship. You understand that there is a specified fulfillment time for your order, based on the round and/or product as stated in the listings. 

Refunds will not be offered because you have decided the wait is too long. Please contact an admin via email or Facebook to address any questions or concerns. Any PayPal/credit card dispute(s) filed without contacting a team member will result in refunds for all pending orders and you will no longer be allowed to purchase from this site. 

Shipping Policy 

Shipping charges with a delta over $2 will be invoiced.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. You have 5 business days from the date of delivery as shown on tracking to inspect your package and reach out with questions/concerns. Please include a picture of the packing slip and items with issues.

Fabric: Please do not wash or cut your fabric until you have inspected it. Reporting an issue once your fabric has been washed or cut voids any discount/refund policy. 

  • Flaws within 3" of the selvage will not be refunded or discounts. 
  • Flaws must be at least the size of a quarter to be reviewed and on the print side of the fabric 

Hardware: 

  • After transit, you may notice additional post production shavings come off in the package. I do my best to brush them off before shipping but this is not a flaw. 
  • Certain colors will show color discoloration from the assembly line more notably (i.e., color loss for rainbow or missing color on the zipper head assembly). This is not a flaw and noted on the listings. Please do not purchase if you do not feel comfortable with this.
