1. What is the pre-order turn around time? 
Preorder turn-around time will vary by round and will be announced for each round. Please review the specified TAT for the round you are placing in before placing your order. TAT will also be listed at the bottom of your confirmation email for reference.

If items exceed the listed window, customers will be notified, and options will be discussed. Check specific round timelines and status on the Round Information page.

2. What is the retail turnaround time? 
Retail turn around time may vary by drop. TAT will be listed at the top of the home page and at the bottom of your confirmation email.

3. What is the return policy? 
All sales are final. You have 5 business days from the date of delivery, as shown on the tracking, to inspect your package and reach out with any questions/concerns.
